Challenge
It all starts with the need to control the operating hours of the heating of 10 industrial warehouses and the cooling of their corresponding offices and changing rooms spread over a total of 30,000 m2.
Constant time and temperature control in the adhesive room.
Control of a small treatment plant, operating cycles, level of water tanks and products for its operation.
Control of water consumption and temperature for the parts cleaning process.
Summer control of centralized ventilation/extraction in all warehouses by temperature and schedule.
Also notice of malfunction of the various fans.
Control of CO2 levels in offices, renewal air speed depending on the CO2 level and a warning light with a color scale so that users know the air quality at all times.
LED lighting control in warehouses depending on occupancy.
We also control the operating time of some machines to be able to plan preventive maintenance.
In some offices that are in another town, we also control the climate, lighting of common services, ventilation of the underground parking lot, and control of the operation of the pumps of a well that collects water underground.

Solution
For this project we have used 15 Miniservers and their extensions distributed in different spaces.
With so much space we had to be in many places at the same time and it was difficult to reach everyone, in this way we have reduced the number of movements, many times we act when we receive a warning or alarm, and thus we can dedicate more time to the rest of the work.
Thanks to user management, each user accesses their assigned area and control and at the same time receives the necessary notices or alarms to react as quickly and efficiently as possible.
By sending emails, internal or external personnel are directly notified to carry out preventive maintenance.
Thanks to the App on mobile phones or screens we can have all this information at hand, which allows us to control what is happening at all times and react if there is a breakdown.
