Challenge
There is a high level of humidity in the basement; fresh air should only be taken in if this also serves to dehumidify.
Solution
For example, we have created a ventilation system that measures the humidity inside and outside, takes the temperature into account and only ventilates when it makes sense. In addition, we have programmed a timer so that the ventilation does not run 24 hours a day.
Since we already use Loxone in these rooms to control the lights, it made sense to offer a solution for the basement ventilation as well, since previously the ventilation was switched on and off manually.
