In this reference project, we equipped a modern, energy-efficient single-family home with a fully integrated Loxone system. With Loxone, we implemented a central control system for lighting, heating, and security – all in the spirit of maximum energy efficiency and a high level of living comfort.



All functions are intuitive to use and automatically adapt to individual needs. The result is a smart home that not only impresses with its functionality, but also ideally combines design and sustainability.

Through the precise implementation of a sophisticated automation solution, all areas of the house have been intelligently linked – for a modern living experience that seamlessly combines comfort, efficiency, and design.

The elegant DALI luminaires enable flexible lighting design that can be individually adapted to the needs and moods of the residents. Access and monitoring are keyless via sensors and NFC technology – for maximum security and maximum ease of use.

The entire control system has been designed to be user-friendly and intuitive. With the Automation Designer, residents can easily customize their personal preferences and routines – without any programming knowledge.
