Smart condominiums

In the smart condominiums in the German town of Pfarrkirchen, intensive collaboration was carried out with Loxone, which further increases flexibility. In addition to the lighting and shading, the temperature control is also controlled via Loxone. But that's not all - the shading and heating or cooling also run independently in the residential units. To prevent mold growth, ventilation was also fully integrated into the Loxone system. Since smart energy management is a high priority for those responsible, the PV system and the e-mobility systems can also be controlled smartly thanks to Loxone.

In the living rooms of the apartments, different lighting moods were predefined, such as a welcome ambience or a relaxing ambience. Shading was also integrated into this project. With the help of a storm protection system, the shading automatically moves to the starting position in the event of critical wind speeds, thus preventing any damage. In addition to the fire alarm control panel, a water alarm control panel was also installed in the apartments in Vilshofen, which, thanks to the alarm chain from Loxone, automatically informs the responsible parties when a possible water leakage has occurred. The PV of the apartments is also linked to the miniserver via Modbus TCP and is visually displayed with the help of the energy monitor.
