The project's goal was to implement a comprehensive building automation system, integrating all key technical installations within a single management platform. The solution enables centralized control of systems such as lighting, HVAC, blinds, and security systems using a single application.

The implementation aimed to improve building operation, enhance user comfort, optimize system performance, and reduce energy consumption and operating costs through intelligent management and process automation.

As part of the project, a comprehensive building automation system was implemented, integrating all key installations and devices into a single, cohesive ecosystem. Using an open platform enabled not only central control of all systems but also the creation of advanced interconnections between individual technologies, significantly exceeding standard control functions.

Designed automation scenarios operate in the background, increasing user comfort and safety without requiring daily maintenance. For example, the system uses blinds to passively cool rooms in the summer, automatically activates house cleaning mode, adjusting the operation of selected installations, and, upon detecting rainfall, unfurls terrace screens to protect the relaxation area from rain. By integrating all systems, the building automatically responds to changing conditions and occupant needs, ensuring comfort, energy savings, and enhanced functionality on a daily basis.
