The goal of the project was to create a fully integrated, modern smart home system that provides residents with maximum comfort, security, and efficient building management.

The project involved combining all key systems into a single, cohesive ecosystem, enabling intuitive control and automatic system optimization based on the user's lifestyle.

Adapting solutions to the investor's individual needs, maintaining high aesthetics, and preparing the system for future expansion were also priorities.

The result is a smart space that operates reliably in the background, improving the standard of daily living and the value of the property.

The project was implemented as a comprehensive building automation system covering the residential building and its external infrastructure, including the garage and summer kitchen.

During the design phase, an analysis of the investor's needs and the facility's functions was conducted, which led to the development of the system architecture and operational scenarios. The installation was designed with scalability and the possibility of further expansion in mind.

The system integrates control of lighting, heating, shading, audio zones, heat recovery, a heat pump, and a photovoltaic installation.

For security, intelligent video monitoring integrated with the automation system was implemented.
