Comprehensive implementation of electrical installations + automation + LAN networks

As part of the investment, a comprehensive building automation installation was carried out in a single-family house with an area of 200 m², based on the Loxone system. The project included:



Intelligent lighting control using presence sensors and light scenes,



Integrated heating and cooling control (heat pump, schedules, temperature sensors in each zone),



Automatic roller blind control depending on the time of day and weather conditions,



Alarm system with presence simulation and notifications to the phone,



Integration with a video intercom and control of the entrance gate,



Central management via the Loxone app on a smartphone and a touch panel in the house.



The use of the Loxone system allowed the creation of a modern, energy-efficient and comfortable home environment with the possibility of expansion in the future.
