Boiler room control of four gas boilers with an output of 1.5MW.



The building had an older REGIN system, which had frequent outages and the system could not be relied on, the problem was also the hardware of the system as a whole, but also the unavailability of the REGIN partner, who was from central Slovakia, and the response to the failure was almost one week, since it involved heating a theater and an office, it was not possible to rely on this system.

We proposed to completely replace the system, not only the control part, but also the rest, such as circuit breakers, residual current devices, temperature sensors, fuse failure sensors, external humidity were also added.



Another advantage of the LOXONE system was that it was possible to control and monitor the system remotely, which was not possible before. We currently control heating, but the system will be expanded to include heat recovery control, air conditioning and energy management.
