Design apartment with living wall

As a trusted partner, we were invited to a project whose goal was to create a maximally comfortable apartment for the investor's family.

The very location of the apartment on the roof of a residential building with a huge terrace and the planned luxury surfaces encouraged us to use the full potential of Loxone. The Touch Pure buttons matched the interior with a combination of wood and squeegees perfectly.

During the entire implementation period, we were the partner of the construction, the design studio that dealt with the interior, and the investor himself. That is, from the first meetings where we created the overall concept of the new home to the handover ceremony to the family to which we were invited.



The Loxone system provides automatic biodynamic lighting, automatic shading, audio, heating and cooling, ventilation, security, a flood protection system, energy consumption monitoring, etc. An interesting feature is the complete control of the so-called "living wall" - water intake for irrigation, watering itself and providing lighting to support plant growth. Another exceptional element is the illuminated "onyx" structures in the living room and bedroom.



Biodynamic lighting ensures smooth adjustment of the lighting temperature during the day. The investor's family can thus work and rest in the best possible lighting. Recessed LED strips are complemented by pendant lights controlled by the DALI protocol.



Fully automatic shading respects the users' daily routine and helps prevent overheating of the roof apartment in the summer months. Following the regimes, it also ensures privacy.



There is an integrated tablet in the living room, which is used for communication with the video door entry and for setting the functions of the house.



For the bedrooms and guest room, we recommended buttons with Touch Pure CO2 for air quality monitoring for recovery control. It is integrated using the Modbus protocol. We have created an individual Do Not Disturb mode for each bedroom. Amber LED strips and motion sensors in the bed structure and nightlights in the corridors and bathrooms enable safe and comfortable movement at night without the use of buttons.



In addition to the Loxone Intercom, which is located directly in front of the apartment, we also integrated a Tesla Stropkov intercom system, but we changed it to a Touch Pure compatible design.



At the request of the investor, we created a special ceremonial mode for handing over the apartment to the family, which included lighting, audio and an access system.



For us, the project does not end with the handover: we provide full telephone support and, thanks to the timely intervention of our technicians, we saved the investor a lot of worry in the event of a sanitary equipment breakdown.
