Challenge
In the reform of this house, the client also reformed the pool, integrating a Net'N'Clean deep cleaning system, a motorized floating cover, and a spa area with hydromassage was created. A ChillOut area was also created and the lighting control of the garden, technical room, and terrace was automated. In addition, an access system was required that would allow maintenance personnel to access the pool space and the technical room.
Solution
A Loxone Miniserver controls all the valves and pumps that must be activated in the Net'N'Clean system, executing the sequence of the different zones according to the manufacturer's specifications. The system is started by programming, but, in addition, any zone can be started manually or stopped at any time. A Loxone Intercom video door entry system was installed and the locks for pedestrian and vehicular doors and access to the technical room were connected. The hydromassage drives are controlled, and the pool cover is automated in its opening and closing depending on the temperature and time of day, and whether or not there is occupancy in the house.
The client chose Loxone because he learned about the system from a professional project. When the use of the Net'N'Clean system was proposed, it required a system that could program the cleaning zones in a programmed and sequential manner, alternating between them. Knowing the possibilities of Loxone at the programming level, he decided that it would be the best system and that, in addition, it could provide control over other space systems such as access and lighting due to the great versatility of the products.
