Concrete House: Next Level

The residents wanted a future-proof home where comfort is paramount. Their wish was clear: a smart home that thinks along with them, saves energy, and offers security, but with a personal touch. The goal was to go beyond a standard LOXONE installation and create an ecosystem that perfectly complements the daily routine of this modern villa.

We opted for an uncompromising implementation of the LOXONE Standard. This allows the lighting, blinds, heating, and audio to work together as a single, organic whole. Thanks to meticulous preparation, we were able to conceal all components in the concrete. In addition to the standard features, we added our own signature: specific, customized integrations that create a unique experience and enhanced user-friendliness. The house now runs entirely on autopilot, with the technology enhancing the architecture rather than dominating it.
