To create a comfortable and fun family home with heating, lighting and shading which is always perfectly adjusted to their needs without them having to touch a switch, thermostat or remote. Security and access control to protect the things that matter most and home cinema, video distribution and multiroom audio for entertainment.

Loxone manages all these requirements and more with ease.



Automated lighting means this family never need to worry about making manual adjustments to enjoy the perfect lighting mood whether day or night. We extended this to include external lighting, automated to come on at dusk and off with the sunrise. Turning off all automated circuits at bedtime or when leaving the house is as simple as triple tapping a Touch Pure, Touch Surface or the "All Off" button on one of 22 Touch Flex's included in the project.



Using the humidity and thermostatic sensors in Touch Switches across the property gives comprehensive zoned heating control, meaning the temperature is always "just right" and saves energy by not heating unoccupied areas unnecessarily. We utilised Loxone Valve Actuators on manifolds for underfloor heating control, driven by ASHP also integrated with Loxone.



17 zones of audio, including Quadral IP64 Satellite speakers on the first floor terrace all powered by the Loxone Audioserver, provide fantastic ambient music or set the backdrop for entertaining. In the home cinema, 7.1 Surround Sound with in-ceiling and in-wall speakers and floor-standing sub, complement a motorised drop-down projector screen and high-quality JVC projector. Integrating all these elements with Loxone allows the family to jump straight into "movie mode" with a single tap via the Loxone App on the wall-mounted IPad.



We also utilised Pulse-Eight's Neo Matrix with Loxone to distribute high quality video via CAT6 to TV's throughout the home including family rooms, bedrooms, outdoor Samsung Terrace TV and TV in the master bathroom. This allows the family to move from room to room without ever having to miss a second of their favourite programme or sporting event.



For peace of mind that the home and those in it are always safe and secure, we installed a comprehensive CCTV system, door contacts and access control via Loxone and the NFC Code Touch. The clients can remotely view the cameras, check the status of doors and receive intruder alerts in the event of an attempted break in all via the Loxone App whether at home or anywhere in the world. The home will also alert neighbours or passers-by with the external Loxone Alarm Siren, playing the alert through the multiroom audio, opening all shading and flashing all lighting throughout the house.



We also added the Loxone Wallbox for EV-charging managed and monitored by Loxone.
