Challenge
The client placed great emphasis on ensuring the maximum possible audio comfort in the living room. This was perfectly fulfilled by Barrisol acoustic stretch ceilings, which Loxone Flagship Partner DOMYinteligentne.sk (emission s. r. o) specializes in. Such ceilings give the space a new dimension. In addition to beautifying the interior and making it unique, they eliminate noise and acoustically optimize the space. Another big advantage is their quick and clean installation, which took only two days in the house.
Solution
The control in the family house is handled by one Loxone Touch button, its use is simple from the owner's point of view. Motion sensors were used in the hallway and bathrooms, which record presence and movement in the room, so the need for buttons is minimal. Owners thus do not have to learn to control several devices, saving time that can be spent on more enjoyable activities.
The interior of the wooden building will never overheat thanks to the front window blinds. The automated shading perfectly adapted to the orientation of the main part of the house to the west, and its manual control is almost no longer necessary. The shading knows exactly how to behave, also thanks to the connection to the Loxone Meteostation. The house is then heated and cooled by an IVT airbox inverter heat pump in combination with underfloor heating.

When building a new family home, I was looking for a solution that would allow me to control the entire house, even remotely. At the same time, I was looking for a solution that is easy to use, reliable, and whose individual elements complete the interior and exterior design. The automation of the family home with Loxone met my expectations and took the use of the home to a higher level.
