Casa Sardinera

Located in an enclave of great beauty and scenic value, facing the Mediterranean Sea, between Portixol and Cala Blanca, the Sardinera house rests on the top of a hillside, flanked by a tongue of land that flows into the sea, over a cove of turquoise water. The house was equipped with the latest control and automation systems, both the climate system and ACS and lighting made entirely with LED technology, and that integrates in an exceptional way with the house.

It has a climate system composed of a Daikin VRV machine with a geothermal installation supported by vacuum tubes that supply the necessary to air condition the house and heat the water of the pools, all these systems are integrated with the home automation system of the house, allowing individual temperature control in each room through thermostats with KNX connection. The automation is complemented with IP intercom and control from Smartphone and Tablet, as well as lighting control and regulation, underwater sound, televisions hidden in the ceiling, electric curtains and technical alarms.
