Casa Ronchetto

Built in 1960, Casa Ronchetto was completely renovated in 2021 to modernize it in terms of energy efficiency, comfort and security. Ease of use was particularly important to the client, as was the optimal use of energy.

All areas were covered with Loxone. The house can be easily entered via an NFC Code Touch and, thanks to the motion detector, the light is switched on. The lighting is mainly implemented with indirect RGBW LED strips in order to show off the free roof, and to generate a cozy atmosphere. Music in most rooms, as well as on the terrace, elevates the comfort experience. The automatic shading is very important in summer because the house has a large window front and is exposed to a lot of sun.



The climate control is perfectly implemented thanks to the actuators and leaf fans. Energy is used efficiently and consumers are switched on via the energy manager and with the surplus of the photovoltaic system. In the morning, devices such as dishwashers, washing machines and templars are charged and switched on when enough electricity is produced. The heat pump is also turned on this way, excess electricity is converted into warm water in the buffer tank and boiler. The photovoltaic system can be queried quickly via a Touch Pure Flex in the kitchen in order to enable consumers to be started manually. A charging station was installed in the garage for future electric cars.



The house can be left without a need to worry, since all unnecessary consumers are switched off and the alarm system is armed. Open skylights are closed and other open windows are reported over the speaker on the patio.

In the garden, the garden is automatically watered, taking into account past and future rainfall.
