Passive house in Fornells

The main interest for this passive house was the intelligent control of the blinds as support to the climate system. When the project was planned, the client believed it was appropriate to include other systems such as access control, automated lighting in passage areas, and climate control using fan coils.

For access control, we use the intercom together with an NFC code Touch keyboard, which allows us to identify who is accessing the home when opening the door. In addition, the motors of the vehicle doors are also controlled, allowing them to be operated through the App. All the blinds are automated with solar tracking, which allows shading of the windows where the sun is shining in summer to support the cooling system. The passage areas have automated lighting depending on presence and ambient light, but they can also be turned on manually. A Touch Pure button allows centralized floor control, both lights and blinds. All exterior lights are controlled from Loxone allowing automatic switching on according to twilight time.



Thanks to the fully scalable Loxone system, dimmable control of the living room lights could be added at the last minute, allowing the lights to be dimmed to relax or watch TV.
