Cape of Dreams

The 'Cape of Dreams' resort in Poland is a place to dream. Here, people combine a passion for travel and a love for nature. Each of the four houses in this holiday resort is equipped with the Loxone system. The owners wanted a system that would help them automate and simplify basic daily tasks in the holiday homes. Since Loxone met all the requirements, it is now responsible for the heating, lighting, audio, alarm and irrigation of the outdoor area.

Since nature plays an important role in the 'Cape of Dreams', the heating system also had to be environmentally friendly. The houses have presence detectors as well as door and window contacts. The interaction of these components helps to save considerable energy. A wide variety of lighting moods can be controlled with a single button in every holiday home.



Safety was also a priority in this project, and the Loxone alarm siren now takes care of this.



The outdoor area in the 'Cape of Dreams' was also automated with Loxone. With the data from the weather station, the system always starts the sprinklers in the garden at the right time.
