Café Trappists in Westmalle

In this reference project, we replaced the existing, outdated lighting control system with a modern and intelligent solution based on Loxone. The aim was to flexibly control the lighting in different zones and create atmospheric scenarios that optimally adapt to the needs of the users.

In addition, we integrated the monitoring and control of the heating to ensure a pleasant indoor climate and maximum energy efficiency. The control of the roof domes has also been seamlessly integrated into the system, which not only increases comfort, but also ensures safe and controlled ventilation.

Thanks to the versatility of Loxone, we were able to implement a tailor-made solution that perfectly combines functionality and comfort.

In this project, we were able to use Loxone technology to implement a flexible and user-friendly solution for lighting and climate management in the extension of a café.

With the help of relay modules, dimmer extension and the DALI extension for controlling the new lighting, the light can be easily and individually adjusted. The customer can thus create different lighting scenes without any technical effort and make changes as required.

The entire system is conveniently controlled via a wall-mounted iPad. The customer not only has full control over the lighting, but can also monitor the status of the heating, cooling and ventilation and intervene immediately if necessary.

The system is designed to be future-proof and can be expanded with additional applications at any time - a sustainable solution that combines comfort and efficiency.
