Business & Beach Campus at SPRINTIS Schenk GmbH & Co. KG
A multifunctional office/company building over 4 floors, which can be controlled together but operated separately.
There is also a public meeting room, separate from the main building, a parking deck, a beach volleyball field, a sports court, a separate shower area on the parking and sports deck, as well as various outdoor areas and a marketplace for the various company employees to work and exchange ideas.

Solution
A gateway client network of 5 Miniservers, which were housed in the different areas of the building and are networked via fibre optics. The necessary extensions are connected to the respective mini server; some of the required extensions are located on site in the distribution of the independent office unit.
A large part of the dimmable lighting was solved via the Dali interface.
The recording of power consumption is connected via S0 interfaces and Modbus.
Due to its flexibility, the climate control of the free-standing meeting room can be controlled independently via Modbus. The control depends on the occupancy of the room and switches off automatically if the meeting participants forget to deactivate the cooling.
This network makes it possible for the building owner and the caretaker to see and control all areas in one app, as well as to clearly display information about the condition of the building and its technology.
By checking the fire pumps weekly, larger consumers are switched off if electricity consumption exceeds a defined limit.
