Challenge
Complete rehabilitation of a 900m2 building where the Aquitaine head office of an insurance company will be located.
We had to meet the Bream standard, and a class A-B GTB.
The client wanted a GTB solution that was easy to use for all staff but also technical for managers.
We had to manage all the Dali lighting, control the interior and exterior blinds, control the different air conditioning zones.
Control and display of CTAs.
Display of water and electricity consumption.
Display of weather data to act on areas exposed to the sun.
Overall control from computer stations.

Solution
The basis of the project is a multi-brand KNX solution, including specific wall-mounted touch screens. Lighting and blinds are natively controlled using KNX.
A mini-server ensures overall supervision of the system.
For the control of the 3 groups of AHUs, two Loxone Modbus gateways are used. In addition, a Loxone Modbus gateway is responsible for retrieving information from the 16 electricity meters. For water metering, smart meters are used in conjunction with a Loxone M-Bus gateway.
The air conditioning is controlled by Bacnet-KNX, with a Coolautomation gateway which manages more than 15 air conditioning zones.
Weather data is collected by the Loxone weather station, making it possible to regulate the canopy blinds in the event of excessive exposure to the sun and heat.
The audiovisual control of the conference room is also taken care of, and a study is underway for sound diffusion in Loxone for common areas.
