Challenge
The Buffalo Grill restaurant wanted to implement a solution that would meet energy compliance requirements while providing clear and actionable monitoring of energy consumption. The challenge was to accurately measure usage, identify areas for optimization, and gain better control over the technical equipment directly impacting the site's operations: lighting, heating, cooling, and ventilation.
Solution
We deployed a multi-energy metering system with centralized data and the creation of energy performance indicators. Integrating the restaurant's main equipment allows for more consistent management and optimized operation, based on scenarios adapted to actual operating conditions. This approach provides a reliable foundation for ensuring compliance, monitoring consumption over time, and implementing a predictive approach to energy behavior.
This installation now allows the Buffalo Grill restaurant to have a clear and structured view of its energy consumption, while also improving the management of energy-intensive equipment.
