The aim of the project was to automate and optimize the management of building systems such as heating, air conditioning and lighting. Important objectives were the efficient control of heating and air conditioning for energy savings and comfort, the adjustment of light intensity to create the right atmosphere and reduce energy consumption, as well as the automatic shutdown of heating and air conditioning when windows are opened to avoid energy waste. In addition, individual room temperature adjustment has been implemented for greater user comfort.

Several key technologies and systems were integrated for the Loxone project:



Intelligent sensors such as motion, temperature and Door & Window Contact sensors monitor room conditions and increase efficiency. A central Miniserver makes it possible to control all devices, which simplifies operation. Complex scenarios can be programmed to automatically adjust functions depending on the time of day, presence or external conditions. Users can also control the system remotely via the intuitive Loxone App, which increases convenience.

The system also ensures energy savings, for example by automatically switching off the heating and air conditioning when windows are open or by adjusting the lighting to the natural light in the room.

Loxone was chosen for its flexibility, scalability, ease of use and high reliability. The extensive automation functions improve building management and increase comfort.
