Oil boiler room for school

The boiler room with a semi-automatic coal-fired boiler had been in operation for more than 30 years and the customer requested modernization. The primary task was to change the heating source to ELTO. The solution in the project specification also included regulation of the source and heating circuits, including monitoring the safety of the new technology.

In addition to the new heating source, a 200kW ELTO boiler, we supplied the customer with a completely complete measurement and control system that takes care of controlling the heat source and regulating four heating circuits. We also integrated the monitoring of heating oil consumption from the newly built 10m3 fuel storage that we supplied into the system. The heating circuits are newly controlled via Touch pure with an air quality monitor in individual classrooms; this installation allows us to monitor, in addition to temperature and humidity, the CO2 concentration in the teaching areas. The new MaR system supplied by our company fully replaces the third category boiler room fault signaling system, but at the same time helps to ensure a comfortable environment in individual school classrooms with reasonable optimized heating costs.
