Building Management System for a Residential Technical Room

To control two IVT heat pumps with 100% backup provided by a Buderus gas boiler and four heating circuits, including room temperature control.

We designed and built a custom BMS control cabinet equipped with a Compact Miniserver. It was crucial to ensure accurate control of supply temperatures and seamless switching between heat sources. For this purpose, we used Belimo valves with MP-Bus actuators. The gas boiler is controlled via a 0–10 V signal, which directly affects the supply temperature. The visualisation includes a complete schematic of the technical room.


Room temperatures are managed using Touch Pure Flex switches and Tree room actuators.
