Blokstraat Londerzeel

This house in Londerzeel, Belgium, needed a total renovation with a replacement of the electrical installations. Loxone, in particular the Tree technology, was used for this.

The existing photovoltaic system was integrated into the Loxone system. This now ensures intelligent energy management and maximum self-consumption. A heat pump was also integrated, which also contributes to energy savings. The mini server can easily communicate with building technology devices via network communication (Modbus TCP/IP). Loxone's numerous interfaces are particularly advantageous here. An audio server for 3 zones was also integrated into the smart home.
