The challenge is to design a highly integrated electrical system capable of autonomously managing the autoclaves. The goal is to eliminate the need for daily manual checks and changes on each individual barrel, thus optimizing operating procedures and manual processes.

Thanks to the use of the Loxone Miniserver, we are able to offer a complete and cutting-edge solution for the management of autoclaves.
This system allows us to control the essential functions of each individual barrel:

- Cooling
- Heating
- Agitator control

The system also offers the possibility of setting specific cycles and durations for each phase of the process based on production needs, analyzing the history of the processes performed, providing valuable data for future optimization.

This integration eliminates the need for constant manual interventions, optimizing operating procedures and ensuring widespread and reliable control over every aspect of wine making.
