Challenge

The install was required to complement an existing navigation and control system for the recreational vessel. The current system lacks the energy and climate management part, so this was what Loxone was brought in for.

Solution

Various consumption meters were installed. Loxone was also integrated with the current system to be able to manage lighting, ACS, etc. based on schedules and presence. The coils and heat pump were also automated via Modbus for correct handling from the App.

One of the fan coils was not working because the electronic board was broken. In this case we opted to control the valve and the fan through relays, with an excellent result, the same control as via Modbus and at a lower cost.
