Automated Villa

The client's wish was at the heart of this project: to create a contemporary and comfortable home in which the numerous technical systems can be operated effortlessly and intuitively.



By using Loxone, we were able to create a smart building automation system that seamlessly links all systems and combines them into an efficient, perfectly coordinated overall concept. This automation not only controls the lighting, shading, heating and air conditioning, but also ensures maximum security - both for the residents and for the building itself. At the same time, operation remains simple and user-friendly, so that the building owner can concentrate fully on living and relaxing.

In this project, we developed an intelligent home control system that optimally combines comfort, energy efficiency and security. Dimmable lighting, a modern shading system and automated heating control ensure a pleasant living environment. The system also controls the garage door, door openers and energy consumption, including the PV system, while window monitoring offers additional protection.

An integrated audio system and smart garden lighting are also part of the automation. Automation with Loxone creates a modern, networked home that makes everyday life more comfortable, safer and more efficient.
