Challenge

The tenants of the residential complex in Auerpark can already move into a finished smart home. Typical automations such as lighting and shading, heating, cooling and ventilation, and garden irrigation should be installed.

Solution

The sunshade automatically adjusts to the sun's rays and in winter the sun supports the heating by raising the shading. Thanks to the weather station, the garden is watered according to need. Security is also taken care of, because the alarm can be activated via the smartphone or the Touch Pure.
