Challenge

The project is of a high standard with a shared underground parking garage and an additional central external intercom station at the underground parking garage.

Solution

The three houses were individually finished according to the clients' wishes, ranging from standard to exclusive designs. Security features include an alarm system and fire protection – including in the underground garage – which alerts all houses.

One house incorporates a pool, garden irrigation system, robotic lawnmower, and air conditioning; all doors are automated and equipped with audio systems.

Without LOXONE, a high standard would not have been achievable in the complex architecture with a conventional installation.<br /> <br /> Many overarching functions, such as a central weather station, a central intercom in addition to the individual entrances, mailbox opening via code, and much more, made the installation unique.<br /> <br /> Beautiful accents could be created with LED spotlights and strips.
