Apartment in the Klingerka building

The idea of the clients was to simplify life in the new apartment as much as possible and make it as comfortable as possible. They came to S.I.D. with this request. and we gladly complied with their request. We designed, projected and delivered the complete electrical installation in the apartment so that it was adapted to the Loxone system.

The central point of the solution for this apartment was the comfort of the household members. Residents are woken up at the scheduled time by an alarm clock together with blinds that let the morning light into the apartment. After arriving in the kitchen, the weather forecast for the given day will be played from the speakers, followed by a favorite podcast.

The lighting is switched on independently, while the residents choose the desired lighting mood - depending on whether they are going to dine, watch TV or read a book. The predefined mood is determined by the phase of the day. Full lighting is preferred during the day and only soft lighting at night, so that a person is not overwhelmed on the way to the toilet more than necessary.

It goes without saying that the temperature in the apartment is maintained, either by heating or cooling to the set value. With regard to energy consumption, exterior blinds are the primary tool for temperature regulation - in winter, when the temperature in the apartment needs to be increased, they let in more sunlight, and in summer, when cooling is needed, they limit the amount of sunlight.

Multiroom audio streams music from residents' phones and plays the sound of a doorbell or alarm, depending on the presence of residents in individual rooms. It also provides reports on the condition of the apartment - for example, it warns of an open window in the room, if it needs to be closed due to the heating.
