Residential complex in Amman

This 900 square metre building complex in Amman, Jordan, consists of six apartments. Based on local market demand, the building was equipped with Loxone building automation to provide convenient comfort for residents.

Loxone partner Kwarizmi Engineering has completed the Loxone installation for this building complex. The lighting, shading, heating and cooling of the apartments are now automated by Loxone intelligent controls.



Relevant measurement data is recorded and forwarded to the Miniserver from the temperature and humidity sensors integrated in the Touch switch. This allows the system to react accordingly and, for example, optimise the room temperature to ensure pleasant living comfort. In addition, the Touch switch enables easy manual operation of the lighting and smart blinds with just one tap. The Loxone App offers residents significant added value by allowing them to individually control their home at any time and from anywhere.
