Challenge

This is a building with six tourist apartments in the old town of León. The goal is to control the climate so that guests already have a comfortable temperature when they enter the facility, and to provide unmanned access.

Solution

A touch flex is installed in each apartment, which can be adjusted by guests, and an NFC keypad is installed in the entrance hall for access control.

With Loxone, we integrate a single application to configure the temperature and operating time of each apartment, and with access control, we can send the access code to guests and grant access to service personnel.
