Challenge
The project's goal was to create a comfortable and intuitive smart home system for an apartment building. This system would enable full automation of key functions, improve security, and optimize energy consumption. The system was to be reliable in everyday use and easy for residents to use.
Solution
The apartment features a Loxone system that integrates all key functions into one. Lighting and blinds respond to presence and time of day, heating and air conditioning maintain a comfortable temperature without constant manual adjustments, and an audio system allows you to enjoy music throughout the apartment. An alarm system completes the picture, enhancing your sense of security—both at home and when you're away.
For this project, we chose Loxone because it provides complete control over the entire apartment in one cohesive system. This solution allows for the creation of intelligent installations that function naturally – without complicating users' daily lives.
