Old Gymnasium Lautenbach

This half-timbered house was built around 1900 and has already functioned as a wine press, gymnasium and as a storage area for pictures. It then stood empty for around 50 years before a smart home was built in it. What is important in this project is that the charm of this old building is retained.

There was no electrical installation in the house, so the entire new installation could be carried out using Loxone Tree technology. The project is currently still being implemented. Complete energy management is planned with a charging station for electric cars, a heat pump with booster and additional heat storage as well as a PV system with 8.5 kW and battery storage with 6.5 kW. In addition, if there is excess energy, the main house is supplied with energy. The appealing visualization in the Loxone app offers great added value. Here you can see at a glance how much energy is currently being consumed, produced and fed into the grid. As a special highlight, a complete intelligent emergency power supply with Fronius GEM 24 is planned for this property (consisting of a garage, warehouse and main house).
