    string(618) "The overall requirement for the owners of Richmond Lane, was for a system that would automatically and seamlessly work around them. Further to this, they wanted to be able to monitor their home remotely, not have a clutter of remote controls and for it to be cost effective, yet reliable. Which all lines up perfectly with Loxone’s offering. With the owners knowing exactly what they wanted from the start: inquiring about getting their Georgian property lined up for an electrical installation and the offering we had available in terms of automated lighting, heating, audio, garden controls and perimeter lighting."

    string(1978) "The package I created for them included automated lighting, heating and audio systems,  along with control of the stables, outside lighting and garages. They were delighted with the package, what Loxone could offer and with a little further research on previous projects, through seeing another local home I had automated with Loxone, they were sold. The reason Loxone could offer the owners the perfect solution was because Loxone had everything they were asking for and more. This included fully automated lighting (including being able to have many different lighting scenes), heating (fully automated, monitorable and flexible), access control for the gates and garage doors, garden lighting/control, full audio system throughout and energy saving with Loxone motion/Lux level sensors for lighting. The clients noted some of their favourite features were: that the lighting will not come on during the day if there is already enough light in the room. They also love the flexibility and multifunctionality of the Touch Pure, as it can record the temperature, control the lighting and audio but also the controls can be configured to control anything you want. Another highlight for them is the fact that they can control their garden lights, gates and garage doors all from the same Touch Pure, and that when initially interacted with the system doesn't need further interaction to turn off the thing that was activated. Finally, they really love the audio system that Loxone provides, with its high quality and flexibility, in regards to having different music playing in different rooms, as well as being able to group rooms to play the same audio in sync and that it can play Spotify, radio, etc throughout the home and in the garage as well. The owners were also very happy with the quality of Loxone and the ongoing service I can offer. Overall the Loxone system provided the owners of Richmond Lane with everything they wanted, and more, for their forever, dream home."
