The use of Touch Surface panels on the kitchen countertop not only looks aesthetically pleasing, but also makes using the intelligent system much easier. Even if the user has dirty hands while cooking, he or she can easily change the lighting or music.



3. Full heating automation:



The heating system has been integrated with wireless heads, window opening sensors and the user's schedule. This allows for precise temperature management in the apartment, optimizing energy consumption.



4. Emergency water cut-off:



To ensure safety against flooding, an emergency water cut-off system integrated with flood sensors was used. If flooding is detected, the system responds immediately, minimizing potential losses and damages.



Thanks to advanced building automation based on the Loxone system, the apartment in Szczecin has gained an exceptional level of comfort and safety. The project proved that intelligent solutions can also be effectively implemented in new buildings, improving the quality of life of residents and adapting the apartment to the individual needs of the owner."
