We installed an Intercom that, through the Trust, acts on 21 apartments and with the Loxone system, access authorizations can be assigned in a simple and flexible way to different areas of the building, such as the main door, apartment, pool area or theme bar. This is done through the Loxone app, which offers an intuitive user interface. Also with the NFC Tag you can notify the disabled elevator from the street to access the building if assistance is required.


Climate control:

Automated heating and cooling control: The climate of the building's common areas is automatically controlled based on the occupancy of the area. This is checked using motion sensors or access with the NFC Code Touch.

Eco Mode: When there is no occupancy, the climate system switches to an energy-saving mode, which can significantly reduce energy costs.


Light control:

Automatic lights off: the Loxone system ensures that in this case too the lights turn off automatically and the presence is controlled by the presence sensors. The exterior lights are controlled with the twilight control of the weather station.


Shading control:

The curtains in the Lobby and the theme bar are controlled to guarantee the least sun exposure of the furniture in these areas, so they are not damaged by the sun. The climate system is also helped to heat or cool environments with shading control.


Audio server:

The audio server allows you to implement uniform, high-quality sound in the common areas of the building. Users and employees can control music playback through the Loxone app.
