Challenge
A total of 96 ventilation hubs were installed in this project, the air volume of which is precisely controlled via CO₂ sensors. This was complemented by the lighting in the corridors and bathrooms as well as the atmospheric hangout lighting. A modern audio system was also integrated to create a pleasant atmosphere in the living and lounge areas.Solution
The Loxone system provided all the solutions needed to meet the requirements of this project. Among other things, a powerful Audioserver and Master and Client speakers were used to ensure high-quality sound. The lighting was implemented entirely via DALI control. In addition, an efficient heating control system was integrated to ensure optimum comfort and energy savings.
Particular attention was paid to the design of controlled lighting scenes and an intelligent daylight control system that makes optimum use of natural light. The result is a holistic system that perfectly combines technology and living comfort.
As an electrician, we found equipment that meets all the requirements that were made. It is very easy to control all lights and sound in a user-friendly app, and a touch switch.
