Please note the following information on how to proceed when returning goods.
This will help us process returns as quickly as possible.
1. Contact us
If you suspect a defect in one of our products, please create a support ticket. A member of our support team will contact you and inform you about the procedure.
If you received or ordered the incorrect product and would like to make a return, please contact us via email and request an RMA number. You may return a product within 14 days of receiving it. The product being returned, including the packaging and Loxone quality seal, must be in perfect condition for resale.

Please do not return any items to us without prior confirmation by a Loxone staff member. Any returns must be agreed upon by Loxone providing an RMA number (REKL*****) and form. If any products are returned without this information within the 14 day period, we will charge a $50 restocking fee.
In the following cases we will charge a $50 processing fee per device:
- Devices with damages that are not covered by the warranty
- Devices that are no longer within the warranty period
- Devices that have no faults
- Products returned within the 14 day period that show clear signs of use or packaging damage
2. Pack up and return the products
Please repack the goods carefully, if possible in their original packaging, then send the parcel to the address below. Please note that all postage costs for returned goods must be paid for by the buyer. Items returned with insufficient postage will not be accepted.
