Returns (RMA)

Please note the following information on how to proceed when returning goods.
This will help us process returns as quickly as possible.

1. Contact us

If you would like to make a return, please create a support ticket below. You may return a product within 14 days of receiving it. If you received or ordered the incorrect product, it must be returned with our original quality seal. If you ordered a product by mistake, please email us at [email protected] and request an RMA number.

Please make sure that any goods being returned, including packaging, are in perfect condition for resale. Loxone is not responsible for return postage. Please do not return unsolicited items to us. In any case, a return must be agreed by the notice of an RMA number (REK*****) and form. If you return any goods without this information within the seven-day time period, then you will be charged with a 15% restocking fee. We reserve the right to return unprocessed items without the REKL number to the sender.

In the following cases we will charge a $50 inspection fee per device:

  • Devices with damages that are not covered by the warranty
  • Devices that are no longer within the warranty period
  • Devices that have no faults
  • Articles that are returned within 14-day time frame, but show clear signs of product use or packaging damage

2. Pack up and return the products

Please repack the goods carefully, if possible in their original packaging, then send the parcel to the address below. Please note that all postage costs for returned goods must be paid for by the buyer. Items returned with insufficient postage will not be accepted.
