Giveaway “Miniserver”

Promotional Period
The “Miniserver” giveaway will run from 10/04/2022, 12PM to 10/31/2022, 11:59PM.

Conditions of Participation
This competition is organized by Loxone Electronics GmbH.
Participation is free of charge, however, all entrants must be aged 18 or above. By uploading and posting your references on the Loxone Partner Portal, entrants confirm their agreement with all terms and conditions. To be eligible for this giveaway, your information must be valid and true at the time of the random selection of a winner. The organizer reserves the right to exclude any entries which they believe to be inappropriate, fraudulent, based on misconduct or violated the conditions of participation. In such cases, prizes can be retrospectively withdrawn or reclaimed.

Identifying a winner
A winner will be selected at random from the names of all participants, who publish their project on the Loxone Partner Portal – only during the promotion period. Legal action is excluded.

Closing of giveaway
The “Miniserver” giveaway will end on 10/31/2020, 11:59PM (CEST).

All entries posted after this will not be considered.

The Prize
The prize for the “Miniserver” giveaway will be 3 x Loxone Miniserver. 3 winners will be chosen, each winner can only win 1 Miniserver.
The winners will be contacted via email, and prizes will be sent via post.

Data Protection
By uploading and posting their projects on the Loxone Partner Portal, the participant agrees that tehir name (and profile picture if applicable) will be published on loxone.com. Further information on data protection can be found at: https://www.loxone.com/enus/info/data-protection-statement/
By taking part in this promotion, all participants consent to the organizer collecting, storing and using their personal data submitted with their entry for the purposes of this promotion and beyond. Personal data of entrants will not be made available to third parties.

Changes in the conditions of participation
The organizer reserves the right to change the conditions of participation at any time or to suspend or terminate the competition in full, for good reason, without prior notice. This particularly applies if there are circumstances that disrupt or prevent the proposed timeline for the competition or draw, such as (but not limited to) software/hardware issues, computer viruses and/or any other technical issue. This also applies in the event of circumstances that influence the administration, security, integrity, and/or correct and proper completion of the giveaway. If a suspension or termination is due to the behaviour of a participant, the organizer is entitled to demand compensation from this participant for any damages incurred.
