Smart Office 'Wimberger Haus'

It was particularly important to the clients that the building take care of the basic needs of the employees independently.



The biggest challenge according to those responsible was the size and complexity of the building. In total, three miniserver were installed in the gateway client connection with different tasks.

Thanks to Loxone, there is now an optimal indoor climate in the entire office complex and intelligent shading and lighting at the workstations are ensured. In addition to the automatic shading, the heating and cooling as well as the lighting, the fire alarm system and the alarm system were also completely implemented with Loxone. The entire multimedia was also integrated into the system.



In addition to the individual visualization for the employees, the audio server from Loxone is the highlight of the project. On the one hand, it enables simple announcements, such as that the alarm system will be activated automatically in 15 minutes. On the other hand, the audio server also provides good music for cozy get-togethers in the canteen after the work is done.
