Vario construction office

In addition to various model houses, the office extension of the prefabricated house manufacturer Vario-Bau was also equipped with Loxone in 2017.

The lighting in the main office was automated with Loxone and now works based on movement and time. Thanks to the presence detector, the light only comes on where it is needed. Intelligent shading was also implemented with Loxone. In the summer, the office is protected from overheating because the shading adjusts itself to the position of the sun. In winter, on the other hand, natural light is used as a heat source. The Loxone system now relieves the employees in the office of a number of manual tasks, making their everyday life easier.
