Challenge
The owner of the Lewiatan store in Jordanów in the Lesser Poland Voivodeship decided to react proactively to rising energy prices. The key to this investment was the integration of a comprehensive intelligent management system for heating, cooling and ventilation. In combination with a photovoltaic installation, it was supposed to provide significant savings.
Solution
Thanks to the versatility of Loxone, different modes of operation are programmed depending on the season and prevailing conditions. A heat exchanger has been integrated with cold stores and freezers, which in winter supplies heat to the shop hall, and in summer transfers excess thermal energy outside. The improvement of the conditions in the social rooms was also part of the investment. Now the temperature is carefully controlled and adjusted to the employees' breaks. This allows you to reduce costs.
If you are an entrepreneur who has a facility controlled by many independent controllers, also controlled by different people, the Loxone system is an ideal solution that will integrate these controllers and this will have an impact on reducing energy bills.
