Challenge
The client’s requirement was to be able to manage the entire home in a simple and intuitive way, through a single system that would make every household function easily controllable.
Solution
To meet the client's requirements, we chose to use LOXONE.
For this residence, we implemented a comprehensive system that includes the management of lighting (both ON/OFF and dimmable), shading, underfloor heating, and climate control (heating/cooling) with centralized ventilation—all integrated via the Modbus protocol. We also incorporated an intrusion detection system and access control.
Our goal was to simplify the management of a technologically complex home, enabling the client to control all functions through a single application, with scenarios and automations tailored to their personal habits.
