Challenge
This fully automated apartment with LOXONE boasts advanced building management while preserving the warm and welcoming charm typical of Aosta Valley homes. The client was looking for a simple and intuitive system that could adapt to the lifestyle of its residents, not the other way around.
Solution
The LOXONE solution ensures seamless operation throughout the building: from the entrance, controlled via NFC Code Touch with access via a personal code or smart card, to the integrated audio and climate control, including both the air conditioning and the pellet stove. In the bedroom, the Touch Pure Classic allows you to conveniently control lights and blinds without having to get up.
Additional controls, such as the Touch & Grill on the desk, have been installed at strategic points to ensure complete control.
