Smart Home in Obernzell

This house in Obernzell was equipped with Loxone's intelligent home and building automation system by Loxone partner Elektro Hazod GmbH. Loxone relieves the residents of numerous tasks and enables the intelligent control of lighting, shading, heating, air conditioning, ventilation, the access system and the pool.

All the lighting in the house has been integrated into Loxone and, thanks to presence detectors, is activated exactly where someone is present. Residents can add additional lighting scenes at any time via the Loxone app to create the right atmosphere for any occasion. The lighting mood in the entire room can be changed with just one click on the Touch Pure.



In addition to sun protection, the automatic shading also ensures privacy and maximum energy efficiency. As the current position of the sun is detected at all times and the shading is automatically adjusted accordingly, residents no longer have to worry about lowering the blinds in the height of summer. The shading can of course also be controlled manually via the Loxone app or the Touch Pure. The Touch Pure is also equipped with an integrated temperature and humidity sensor. This data is also transmitted to the miniserver in order to adjust the heating, air conditioning or ventilation accordingly.



Access to the house was realised with the NFC Code Touch in combination with the intercom. Access rights are easily managed via the Loxone app.



The outdoor pool is also a special highlight. Pool maintenance normally involves a lot of work - but Loxone can take care of many tasks. Whether it's regulating the pH value, treating the water, filtering, backwashing and much more.
