Challenge
The Silla Shopping Gallery uses intelligent technology to manage the facility. Just three Miniservers were enough to automate the building combining a grocery store, restaurant and several other service premises.
Solution
The Silla Shopping Gallery is distinguished by its automated solutions. The lighting is activated based on the presence of employees and customers. Ventilation is based on the intelligent monitoring of carbon dioxide levels.
The ceiling is filled with smart installations such as gas, cooling, mechanical ventilation, air curtains and many more. All these devices are integrated and communicate with the Loxone system digitally.
With the monitoring of sanitary installations and independent water and electricity meters for each facility, the owner of the Gallery can easily bill each of them.
The facility utilises several energy-saving solutions. During winter, the air is recirculated, which reduces energy consumption for heating. In addition, the refrigeration system has heat recovery, which is also used to heat the store. For most of the year, the gallery is kept warm by heat that would normally be released outside.
By monitoring the temperatures and operating the refrigeration equipment centrally, the Gallery can rely on Loxone for the constant supervision of its installations. Being able to react as fast as possible if a failure or malfunction occurs is also an added benefit
The garage has been equipped with intelligent solutions too. Cyclic ventilation of the closed part ensures fresh air. In addition, Loxone takes care of heating the sanitary and rainwater systems.

On average, we make about 3-4 stores a year. In each location, the integration of all installations, such as refrigeration, ventilation, heating and air conditioning, is based on the Loxone system and products.
