Challenge
The main objectives in this project were the control of the aerothermal system for the production of DHW and air conditioning.
Another important aspect for energy savings was the control of the air renewal machine.
No less important today, was the installation of an electric vehicle charger in all the squares of the houses.
Integration with security system in order to know the status of the apartment at all times.
Management of technical and intrusion alarms and being able to manage them from the council of each community, with SCADA visualization of the status of each floor.

Solution
Integration via modbus RTU with the hydrokit to be able to control all the DHW management and the heating and cooling production.
Actuation on the solenoid valves of the fan coils, motorized dampers of air ducts in rooms, three-way valve for the operation of fan coils or underfloor heating, underfloor heating valves, etc.
Control of the air renewal machine according to parameters of humidity and CO2 of the floor.
Control of the electric vehicle charger, also using the total consumption readings of the floor and the charger through network meters, to manage with a charge manager, to be able to know the total or exceeded consumption of the floor.
Connection via RS485 for integration with the grade 2 security system connectable to CRA.
Link of the miniservers of the flats, by community, with the counseling service via Tree bus, to be able to control the technical and intrusion alarms from the counseling service.
