The owner often travels abroad and required remote monitoring and control of all systems. The goal was to reduce energy consumption through intelligent shading systems, manage numerous lighting and accent lighting groups, and monitor CO₂ levels in the bedroom and bio-fireplace area.

All apartment systems were implemented with Loxone and are controlled via the Loxone App. Lighting, shading, climate control and air quality logic are configured in Loxone Config and operate automatically. The owner can remotely manage multiple lighting groups, reduce energy consumption through smart shading and monitor CO₂ levels in the bedroom and bio-fireplace area, ensuring comfort and efficiency from anywhere in the world.
